The Cabinet simplified the maintenance and repair of registers of settlement operations and began an experiment on the use of various devices as cash registers.
The corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on June 13.
According to the accepted documents, the system provides for online registration of any devices – personal computers, tablets, smartphones – without submitting documents to the regulatory bodies in paper form and free of charge using them instead of cash registers.
“We achieve three goals by adopting a new scheme: the first is simplification of business, and this is the most important thing, the second is improving the exchange in the fiscal service between the territorial offices, the third is the reduction of the shadow sector,” said Acting Finance Minister Oksana Markarova.
As Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman noted, the new system makes it possible to completely refuse cash registers and cash payments for their servicing.
The business will save about two billion hryvnia on additional payments.
“It’s not business to sell cash registers, it was a monopoly, to put everyone on the needle …” We can say that this project is a release from the Kafo-Apparate slavery, “Groisman said.
