MAIN DIRECTIONS OF OUR WORK ON SUPPORTING THE DOMESTIC COMMODITY PRODUCER:
Memorandum with DFSU
Ukrainian Association of Electrical Goods Manufacturers has signed a Memorandum on cooperation with the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine on indicative prices for import analogues of products manufactured in Ukraine in order to minimize “gray imports” and create more favorable conditions for Ukrainian producers in the fight against unfair competitors.
The memorandum, in particular, provides for informing the DFS of the Ukrainian Association of Electrical Goods Manufacturersabout the facts or intentions of unlawful movement of goods through the customs border of Ukraine, violation of anti-corruption legislation.
In addition, the association will also provide DFS with information on the functioning of the external and internal market of goods manufactured in Ukraine, the volume of sales of such goods on the domestic market, and the calculation of their production.
Members of the Association have the opportunity to add their products to the general list of the Memorandum!
Draft bill on zero import duty
We promote the development of domestic production through the establishment of a zero import duty on components and equipment that are not manufactured in Ukraine. This will allow domestic enterprises to reduce costs and increase profitability and, as a result, become more competitive.
Bill 5276 is already registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. At present, the work is under way to fill it with concrete data
Come to our initiative and provide your list of components!
Participation in international exhibitions on preferential terms
Participants of our Association can take part in the largest international exhibitions and receive compensation up to 50% of the cost of participation. To do this, we create projects for the joint participation of our members in such exhibitions with the attraction of external financing from leading foreign investment funds. Thus, the Association provides active support to our participants regarding the development of export activities and facilitates their entry into international markets.
Let’s unite our efforts and represent Ukraine at the world’s leading exhibitions worthily! Join the project now!
Cooperation with the EPO
The Export Promotion Office (EPO) is a consultative and advisory body under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, which was created as a “single window” for assisting Ukrainian exporters in entering foreign markets. The association maintains close relations with this organization, facilitates contacts with the EPO and coordinates communication between our members and the Export Promotion Office.
We provide participants with up-to-date analytical information on foreign markets, inform about EPO educational programs, export forums, and opportunities for taking part in trade missions under the auspices of the Export Promotion Office.
Cooperation with the Business Ombudsman Council
The Council of the Ombudsman protects Ukrainian companies from unlawful actions of the controlling bodies – in the first quarter, practical assistance was provided to return entrepreneurs to 1.1 billion UAH (94% of companies satisfied with the result).
We are helping to establish a relationship with the Ombudsman’s Council! More on the site
